Care Instructions
  1. Power off first. Take the glasses out of the case and turn them off before cleaning.
  2. Lenses: spray optical cleaner onto a microfibre cloth rather than directly on the lenses, then wipe side to side and finish with a dry spot on the cloth. Wash the cloth like a towel, with no fabric softener or dryer sheets.
  3. Frame: for stubborn dirt, use a tiny dab of 70% alcohol.
  4. Camera lens: use an optical wipe or the lightly dampened microfibre cloth to remove smudges.
  5. Microphones and speakers: use a soft-bristled brush or compressed air.
  6. Charging contacts (glasses and case): use a cotton bud with a tiny dab of alcohol (up to 90% is fine on metal).

What's the difference between Gen 1 and Gen 2?

The main difference is weight. Gen 1 has its battery built into the frame, while Gen 2 doesn't, which makes it lighter to wear. Gen 2 comes with a rechargeable case that keeps it powered on the go.

Will people know when I'm recording?

Yes. A small LED lights up whenever the camera is recording, so those around you can see it. We built Momevu to capture moments openly, never secretly.

Is there an app?

Yes - app is free on iOS and Android. Use it to pair your glasses, transfer photos and videos and manage translation.

For the best user experience, please download the latest version of the app.
The app requires Android 9.0 or above, or iOS 13.0 and above.

How do I clean them?

1. Turn the glass off
2. Damp your soft microfiber cloth with the optic spray cleaning solution and wipe it down the lenses and the frame.

What if it arrives damaged or faulty?

Please email us at hello@momevu.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll get a replacement sorted for you.
